Jurors will return Tuesday morning for ongoing deliberations to decide the fate of Devin K. Lewis, 22, charged with the fatal shooting of Jakkari Sampson, 24, on Christmas Day 2017 in Fairfield, a killing that allegedly benefitted a criminal street gang, a special circumstance.

Officer William H. McCoy said he had viewed five videos posted online that included Lewis in them, including one showing the defendant displaying gang hand signs, another of him brandishing a semi-automatic handgun.
