A 24,232-square-foot Newington industrial building recently sold for $1.3 million. The building, set on 2.1 acres at 101 Rockwell Road in the town’s industrial park, was sold by 101 Rockwell Road LLC to Rockwell Holdings LLC in a deal recorded Jan 3. The buyer’s principals are James Boryczewski, of Weatogue, and Dina Palmese, of Kensington.
