All positions are for four-year terms

SPOKANE, Wash. — Election Day is almost here, and 4 News Now wants to make sure you are prepared for this years big races and votes!

More than 11,300 people have donated over $8.7 million to 350 Idaho candidates and 143 political action committees since Jan. 1 as of Friday afternoon. Nearly 250 candidates and 92 PACs spent close to $3.9 million on 2,595 vendors, according to Idaho Secretary of State's campaign finance website

“DART’s recommendations are closely aligned with CEQEC, NDOC and other community groups that are interested in qualified, reasonable, nonpartisan leadership of our local institutions. It seems clear who the preferred candidates are in many of these contested races and their interest in serving the entire community without any partisan or ideological influence,” said Palagi. “The consensus is striking and important for voters to consider."

A range of topics were covered including growth, housing, preserving quality of life, budgets and traffic.

Subdivision decisions will be the focus of the Post Falls Planning and Zoning Commission meeting tonight, as reported by our news partner the Coeur d'Alene Press.
