Third-place stronghold CANTON — St. Clairsville junior Casadie DiBetta finished third in the Division II 100-yard breaststroke for the third straight year at the sate swimming meet. DiBetta finished third (1:02.97) in Wednesday’s finals at C.T. Branin Natatorium. She finished behind West Branch state champion Jamyson Robb the past two years.
