YEIDA plans to acquire more than 6,000 hectares worth Rs 14,000 crore over the next two years and spend Rs 63,500 crore in developing infrastructure for industrial and residential projects. The land will be acquired from 40 villages through various means including mutual agreements, acquisition, and reclamation. Key villages for land acquisition include Rabupura, Tirthali, Karauli Bangar, Muradgarhi, Tappal-Bajna, Mudrah, Kallupura, and Mayana. Sectors 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11 will be developed on this land along with a logistics park and urban center. Fintech City, Japanese City, and Korean City projects are also planned by YEIDA.
