According to a probable cause affidavit a detective with the Elk City Police Department was asked to investigate a couple at the Great Plains Regional Medical Center who had brought their children to the hospital for treatment. According to a probable cause affidavit, 34-year-old Everson Jamelle Zotigh was arrested on the morning of March 31 in a home in Hammon near the Hammon Public Schools. The endowment will provide financial assistance in perpetuity to SWOSU students with demonstrated financial need. According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, the accident occurred in a pasture a half-mile north and one mile west of Hammon in Roger Mills County, just before 1:20 Monday afternoon.
