Benjamin Ackerman was convicted Wednesday of stealing millions of dollars worth of valuables from the homes of wealthy Los Angeles residents.

Benjamin Ackerman, 37, appeared in court in Los Angeles for a pretrial hearing ahead of his August 21 trial on three counts of burglary. He has pleaded guilty to multiple other counts of theft.

A man pleaded no contest to a series of burglaries that included the homes of celebrities, including San Diego native Adam Lambert and a former San Diego Charger.
