Grundy County law enforcement officials, prosecutors and legislators held a press conference at the Grundy County Courthouse on Friday in regards to concerns of Criminal Justice Reform Bill 3653. During the conference, Grundy County State’s Attorney Jason Helland was asked if he believed anything positive came from the legislation.
