Body of missing Caldwell Man recovered from canal Wednesday morning

CANYON COUNTY – Following an unsuccessful hours-long search yesterday for a missing and endangered Caldwell man, the body of 85-year-old Jay Hartsock was recovered by deputies at approximately 6 a.m.
