One of the flaws between the entire jcpoa process, it seems to have been carried out to the exclusion of all of the other aspects of irans behavior as a state sponsor of terrorism, their disruptive behavior throughout the region. iran is a serious threat to the u.s. today and to stability in the region, and i think the concern was that issuing a 90 day statutory requirement requiring compliance with the jcpoa was going to signal that somehow everything was okay with iran and us, and it is not ok...
