The seaside property has an 8,000-square-foot main house with five bedrooms and six bathrooms, along with a 2,000-square-foot guesthouse.

The award-winning director, who lives primarily in New Zealand with wife Suzy, is letting go of the oceanside oasis, which features a gym, movie theater, helipad, and 24,000-square-foot barn.
