I took my father out to a nice dinner at Bowdie’s Chophouse in downtown Lansing. I’ve known about this place for awhile now. My family knew the owners of the former establishment The Night Cap. The food here was phenomenal. I have to be honest and say I’ve never had a steak that good in my life.
