Convicted rapist and 'That '70s Show' actor Danny Masterson has been moved to a maximum security prison in California.

Bijou Phillips has quietly cut ties with Scientology after the controversial churchs decision to expel estranged husband Danny Masterson in the wake of his prison sentence, DailyMail.com can reveal. 

The 43-year-old actress and model - who was seen for the first time after Masterson was expelled from Scientology back in October- posed with Nicky Hilton and friends in front of a Christmas tree.

The IRS claims the former couple have refused to cough up the money despite numerous demands.

The alleged tax issue came to light in February 2023 after it was issued from the IRS' field office after Danny Masterson's first trial in rape case
