Carroll PD Called To Two Accidents This Past Weekend
th Street. Thirty-year-old Taylor Sporrer of Carroll was westbound on 4 th Street in a 2020 Ford Explorer when he lost control of the vehicle. He struck a city light pole, knocking it to the ground.
