Jeffrey Willis is serving life without parole after killing a woman who was jogging in 2014 and kidnapping and killing a gas station clerk. The van was used in both instances.

A judge has ruled that a minivan owned by a man serving life sentences for the slayings of two women in western Michigan will be destroyed.

The judge made the ruling Tuesday after the prosecutor filed a motion to destroy the van last year. It had been in storage since 2016 and was accruing storage costs.
