It seems everyone has their own spin on those instructions. Question though: Are we expected to follow the instructions or can we use our own method? DanAyo Bake as you please. Im sure we can all benefit from helpful variations. I bake this bread all of the time. At times Ive gotten somewhat sacrilegious....
