PULLMAN - Following a competitive national search, Jenna Hyatt has been named dean of students for the Washington State University system, and associate vice chancellor for Student Affairs at WSU Pullman, effective July 1.

The committee creates regular opportunities for representatives across the WSU system who work with student groups, departments, and organizations to share hazing prevention strategies and learn from one another.

The Pullman area has seen an unusually high number of crisis situations this academic year. Fortunately, students adversely affected by local, national, or international events have support in these difficult situations.

Faculty and graduate students are invited to a one-day spring ELEVATE event on Feb. 20 to learn more about combatting burnout and supporting students’ personal welfare.
