Nine-year-old Jerico Roman has autism and severe eating challenges, and the only solid food he will eat is a discontinued flavour of Natures Path waffles. Natures Path said Saturday it had adapted the recipe for home use and delivered it along with some ingredients to the family.

“Just that one flavour,” Jenna said. The company has done what it can to help out, she said, including sending her what little stock they had left.
