Tuesday’s announcement of the possibility of a passenger rail service is a welcomed one for some in central Ohio.

Former Licking County engineer Tm Lollo, 64, of Newark, died Feb. 25, at the Arthur G. James Cancer Hospital following a brief battle with cancer.

The surplus funds go to many organizations including Meals on Wheels, the Food Bank of Reno County and many local schools.
