The final stage of rebuilding the Dingmans Falls boardwalk at Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area in New Jersey and Pennsylvania kicks off next week, and that means there will be some closures on the popular quarter-mile trail that passes by Silverthread Falls on the way to Dingmans Falls.

The alternate route starts behind the visitor center.

Crews at the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area will start work on the last section of trail on Tuesday.
