UPDATE: Jesse Wayne Scott has been taken into custody, the Cole County Sheriff John Wheeler announced on Twitter Wednesday. A press release from the Miller County Sheriffs Office said a deputy was patrolling in Brumley and observed Scott traveling eastbound on Highway 42.  The deputy attempted to stop Scott who was driving at a high speed, which caused a crash and endangered another motorist.
