Disrupting a Tree Lighting ceremony in city hall to protest what they call injustice in society. These protests were fueled by a new york city grand jurys decision not to indict an nypd Police Officer in the choke hold death of a black man. That is sparking hours of demonstrations in new york city and well have more on that situation in new york in just a moment. But we will start here in philadelphia.
