Johnson County's Commissioners have voted to approve and accept a Financial Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Jim Gatchell Museum and the Gatchell Museum Association (GMA), drafted by County Attorney Tucker Ruby, who explained the details to the commission at their recent meeting.

One of Wyoming’s 10 remaining Carnegie libraries is crumbling, and unless $600,000 can be found to make necessary repairs, the Carnegie Library in Buffalo — built in 1909 — may be lost.
