Acting Like Nothing is Wrong, a documentary about a local actor, is returning to Studio C for a weeklong run Jan. 27-Feb. 2.

The East Lansing Film Festival is in its final week at Studio C Theaters in Okemos. The closing night on Thursday features a documentary called Acting Like Nothing Is Wrong. Both the filmmaker and the subject of the film have local ties, and the pair will attend the two screenings of the movie.

Rosemont and Hoffmaster met when he was working for Schuler Books, a meeting that eventually led to a multi-year collaboration creating the film.

By most standards, Hoffmaster is thoroughly successful. He’s had guest roles on 25 TV shows and a recurring role on one: “Shameless."

The film festival also will feature 21 shorts in three packages. The festival takes place at Studio C.
