Wayne County Sheriff's Officials were called out to mile marker 104 on Interstate 64 Saturday Evening around 7:55 PM for a single vehicle accident. According to the official report, 29-year-old Joel S. Steele of Lexington, Kentucky was eastbound on the interstate when he lost control of his vehicle due to water on the roadway.
