Father John Bok, 87, was on his way to his usual 9a.m. Sunday Mass on October 2 at St. Andrew Catholic Church in Milford when he barely missed the potentially devastating accident.

The priest, who used to teach physics, was awed by both the laws of science and the grace of God that left him without a scratch.

Eighty-seven-year-old Father John Bok was a physics teacher earlier in his life, but he just can't wrap his head around the physics of how a car hurdled his own on his way to celebrate Sunday Mass in October.
