Guy was shot multiple times by the police on video cameras. even in those situations the police tried to justify their conduct. i dont see an end to it but i say its important in a place like sacramento for the police to try to work with the community. there are thing that can be done. in term of the implicit bias and the actual bias that police officers have when they come to this kind of situation, that is not something thats going away this the near future. we will be back here again and agai...
