That is the tribute that we must provide its more than a tribute its an obligation to those who have served this nation. Thats why this is called the heroes act. Lets not distort it. Lets not lets not undermine what is the purpose of this legislation. Those who have served deserve as our priority any reasonable effort to provide them with the opportunity that they want.
