Upper Chichester police have charged a New York woman with theft, receiving stolen property and forgery after she was caught attempting to use a false at a local credit union last Friday.

The alleged victim would not cooperate with prosecuting 30-year-old Upper Darby man, judge said.

30-year-old suspect allegedly told the clerk at an Upper Darby Wawa, "Give me the money" and showed a firearm in his waistband.

Brandon Corey-McCoy is facing attempted murder and related charges for allegedly firing at Upper Darby police, striking one in the hand.
