Philanthropist John F. Scarpa will receive a Distinguished Lifetime Achievement Award on Nov. 9 during the Hughes Center Honors at Stockton Universitys Campus Center.

The award is the highest accolade bestowed by the Town of Palm Beach United Way and recognizes unparalleled leadership in philanthropy.
