Nine Upper St. Clair High School musicians were selected to the Pennsylvania Music Educators Association District 1 Honors Band. The following students were selected via competitive audition:

Upper St. Clair High School choral director Lorraine Milovac was honored with the Pennsylvania Music Educators Association (PMEA) District 1 Citation of Excellence during the organization’s state conference

Four Upper St. Clair High School musicians successfully auditioned for the Pennsylvania Music Educators Association All-State Band. Representing USC will be Isaac Bernstein, percussion; Gabe Pacella, trumpet; Lauren Tenney, clarinet;

Four Upper St. Clair High School musicians were selected through competitive audition to participate in the PMEA Region 1 Band. Musicians include senior Ben Wasson, trombone; as well as juniors

Dr. John Seybert, Upper St. Clair High School band director, was recently honored with the Citation of Excellence Award from the National Band Association.

Dr. John Seybert, director of bands for Upper St. Clair School District, presented a clinic at the 14th annual JENerations Jazz Festival.
