Weld District judge to decide whether Windsor mayor eligible to serve term after being elected
Though he didn’t issue a decision, Judge Shannon Lyons did determine Thursday that plaintiff Jim Cosner is a Windsor resident and does have legal standing to bring forth the lawsuit. The plaintiffs also altered their request, no longer asking for Halett to replace Wilson if he is removed, but rather for the seat to become vacant.
