On the final night of the Mesa 18 & Under Spring Cup, 16-year-old Aiden Hammer won the 800 freestyle and 200 backstroke.

The third finals session of the Mesa 18 & Under Spring Cup was highlighted by Bailey Hartman, who impressed with wins in the 200 fly and 400 free.

During night two of the Mesa 18 & Under Spring Cup, Piper Enge won the women's 100 breast and Bailey Hartman claimed the 200 free/100 fly double.

The Nebraska women and Mizzou men won three of the four individual events contested on Friday at the Columbia Speedo Sectionals.

With over a year remaining in the age group, Thumann's performance moves him to 40th on the all-time rankings for the event.

The first day of racing in Columbia saw meet records fall in the women's 800 free, men's 1500 free, 50 fly, and men's 200 breast.
