The struggling business has sold its events and sessions business units to the cloud company

Hopin Hopin, a London-based events startup, has made its first acquisition, New Yorks Topi.  Topi provides networking software to make it easier for conference attendees to meet each other, and was founded by ex-Googler David Aubespin and technologist Eric Sellin.
