Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose used a recent visit to Cleveland to promote two pieces of legislation that he said will make it easier for Ohio businesses to be successful.

For Black History Month, LaRose is highlighting minority businesses. On Tuesday, Feb. 15, he talked with minority business owners and students, offering advice and telling them about what his office can do to help entrepreneurs as part of efforts to spotlight Ohio's economic potential.

Two community groups are taking over operations at Shaker Square if the plan is approved by city council.
