Headstones to be dedicated for three brothers who served in Civil War The cemetery is located on Clark Township Road 175.  Tobias, Isaac and Stephen Miller all served in Company C, 67th Ohio Volunteer Infantry. Tobias and Stephen were both killed in the second battle to take Fort Wagner, S.C., on July 18, 1863.
