DOVER The city of Dover and Law Director Doug OMeara have filed a motion to dismiss a lawsuit that Dover Chemical Corp. has filed against the city. DOVER City council will be issuing subpoenas for copies of a large number of documents as part of its investigation into the conduct of Mayor Richard Homrighausen, including emails he sent to his wife, Linda, and his sons Nicholas and Peter.
