UHRICHSVILLE Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers have charged Joey L. Albright of Uhrichsville with operating a while under the influence, his ninth offense. Albright was arrested after a caller reported an erratic driver on U.S. Route 250, the highway patrol said in a press release. The Dover-New Philadelphia Kiwanis Club will celebrate its 100th year of service to the community in 2021 by launching a project to provide new playground equipment for Deis Hill Park in Dover.
