A sporting event putting a twist on one of Manitobas favourite games has returned for its second year, raising both money and awareness for a good cause.

First Steps Wellness Centre in Winnipeg hosted a wheelchair curling tournament on Saturday to raise funds and awareness for people with disabilities.

A day of wheelchair curling for a good cause brought together people with and without disabilities Sunday to learn more about what its like living with a brain or spinal cord injury.
