Jaime Paucar was found guilty of a homicide charge in the crash that killed Ardsley residents Jordan Wachtell and Eric Goldberg.

The defense contends Jaime Paucar should not be convicted of depraved indifference murder because he tried to avoid crashes as he drove the wrong way.
