Orange wine is not new — in fact, it's actually really old — but the skin-contact wine is showing up on more and more menus in Boston.

Wine lovers don't just taste and smell wine, we see it, too. And the harder we look, the less we see red wine versus white wine, and the more we see a rainbow of unique colors forming a fruity spectrum.<br/><br/>On one extreme there are silvery, water-colored white wines. On the other, there are inky opaque reds. Splashed across the middle is everyone's summertime favorite — rosé — a light, fruity, floral pink made from some of the planet's darkest red grapes.<...
