A Suffolk restaurant is demanding a passport to eat from diners to prove they are not from a Tier 3 or 4 area.  Suffolk is currently in Tier 2, which means restaurants and bars can open to customers, though this has led to fears customers will flock to the region from higher coronavirus infection areas.
