New charges for Amandeep Singh include operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs and reckless driving, as well additional manslaughter and assault charges, court records show.

The revelation came as friends, family and supporters of the teens attended the hearing on Amandeep Singh's bail request Friday in a Brooklyn court. A smaller contingent of Singh's also came.
