Photo / File A homeless Rotorua man who ordered more than $1300 worth of Hell Pizza using illegally obtained credit card information has avoided jail. Gemini Rerekowhai Dixon, 33, was sentenced in Rotorua District Court yesterday after earlier pleading guilty to a charge of accessing a pizza ordering website for dishonest purposes between May 30 and August 11 last year valued at $1377.80. Dixon accessed the Telegram App and obtained credit card details of current and valid credit cards. He ordered food and beverages totalling $1377.80 to be sent to his emergency housing accommodation, where he and his now-pregnant partner lived.
