PUTRAJAYA: Mandatory death and whipping sentences could become a thing of the past by early next year with amendments to the laws to be tabled in Parliament next month.
PUTRAJAYA: There is no need to add new conditions in the nomination of candidates to contest in the coming election especially for representatives whose cases are still pending in court, says Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (Parliament and Law) Datuk Seri Dr Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar.
