A Lagos High Court presided over by Justice Olukayode Ogunjobi on Wednesday ordered convicted kidnap kingpin, Chukwudumeme Onwuamadike (a.k.a Evans), to refund 233,000 Euros he collected as ransom from his victim, Donatus Dunu.

Evans and his gang kidnapped Mr Dunu, a pharmacist on 14 February 2017 and held him hostage before he managed to escape.

He said the executive arm of government should accord respect to the judicial arm and avoid giving an impression that court orders had no value or impact.
