The Kasey Program brings fire safety, life skills to Massillon students
The Independent MASSILLON – Enjoying the warm sun, Kasey, Kali and Karmel rested on a red rug spread on the playground at Gorrell Elementary School. Curious students pointed and oohed and aahed as they saw the visitors. The black Labs were at the school with their owner Jeff Owens to teach fire and life safety.
