It's also the Capital Region's only "tortillary."
At La Capital's recent ribbon cutting, owner Yair De La Rosa showed off his shop's brand new tortilla maker, imported from Mexico. The machine will allow the little shop to crank out pounds upon pounds of fresh, warm tortillas every day.
The tortillas won't just be used for the menu, they'll also be available wholesale. If you want to do a taco night at home, you can pick up the tortillas from La Capital Tacos. According to De La Rosa, that's the authentic Mexican way.
