Paris Police saw a man and woman walking in the roadway in the 200 block of 22nd Street SW at 10:38 a.m. Wednesday. The man, 35-year-old Joshua Adam Westbrook, of Pattonville, was found to have an outstanding felony warrant out of Lamar County. Westbrook was arrested and later transferred to the Lamar County Jail.
