You can see this bench partially submerged. this was overlooking the river but the water level got so high that it overtopped this flood control berm and now it is keeping floodwaters on the other side and they brought in these pumps to put water back in the river. we actually googled this location looking at satellite imagery from google earth. you can see that there is a park that normally extends to the river. which under normal circumstances, the banks would be about 200 to 300 feet where im...
